SOFI fresh 52-week lows: closed $14.22 (~-7%), session low $13.92 — Goldman PT cut to $15 from $18 (Neutral)

Still on the fintech washout from Wednesday's hot CPI tape.

What printed:
- SOFI closed $14.22, down nearly 7% — steepest one-day drop since July (StockTwits/Yahoo wrap)
- Intraday low $13.92 = fresh 52-week low
- Pre-market this morning still soft around $14.02 (−~1.3–1.4%)
- Name is roughly −48% to −56% from 2026 highs depending on the source

Street colour:
- Goldman Sachs cut PT to $15 from $18, kept Neutral (The Fly / TipRanks) — higher-rate path into fair-value marks, gain-on-sale, NIM and loan pricing
- Counterpoint earlier in the week: StoneX initiated Buy with $25 PT on member/deposit/product growth into the Oct 27 earnings print

Read for scalpers: this is rate/macro + bank-beta, not a company-specific miss. Gaps like this can keep sliding until either (a) the 52-week low stops the bleed on volume, or (b) a clear dip-buy reclaim of yesterday's open/VWAP. Next hard catalyst is Q3 on 27 Oct — anything before that is tape and PT-chase.

Are you fading the 52-week low or waiting for a reclaim of $14.50–15 before touching it? And does the Goldman $15 target become the magnet into earnings?
