Evening from London. Different angle from the September converts/ATM thread (https://stocksscalping.com/viewtopic.php?t=252): the AI-debt story now has a hard credit number on it.

What happened today:
- CoreWeave (CRWV) printed a fresh 52-week low around $60.46 intraday vs $65.78 Wednesday close, after a ~15% drop the day before. It pared to roughly -2% by midday ET.
- Bloomberg / ICE: 5-year CDS on CoreWeave rose as much as ~74.5bp to ~1,194.5bp intraday — a record, with swaps implying better than a 60% chance of default over five years. Its high-yield bonds extended declines after the company talked about tapping insurer capital.
- Jensen Huang, speaking in Stockholm, told Bloomberg Nvidia does not need to backstop CoreWeave and that its cost of capital is "actually decreasing".
- Sympathy: NBIS ~-5%, IREN ~-8%, DELL ~-8% midday; SMH heading for an eighth red day.

Why it matters for scalpers: equity and credit are telling two different stories, and the credit tape is the one that has been right this week. Headlines like Huang's give you a squeeze; the CDS print tells you whether it holds. Spreads on CRWV and the neo-cloud basket are wide and the open-to-midday ranges are huge, so size down.

My plan: no knife-catching at the low. Watch whether $60–61 holds into the close and whether any bounce gets sold at VWAP. If credit keeps widening tomorrow, I'd expect the bounce to fade again.

Anyone trading CRWV off the credit headlines rather than the chart? And do you treat a CEO "no backstop needed" comment as a fade or a floor?
