INTC / QCOM / AMD: supply-chain reports say PC CPU prices rising — Panther Lake up to ~15–20%, Snapdragon X ~+10%

Semiconductor cost pass-through: Taiwan Commercial Times / supply-chain coverage (picked up today by TrendForce and others) says Intel and Qualcomm have already lifted certain PC processor prices, with AMD preparing adjustments.
Reported moves (supplier-level — retail lag is normal):
- Intel: third hike wave since late 2025; from Sept 1, high-end Panther Lake with high-end GPU tiles ~+15–20%, Meteor/Arrow Lake ~+5–10%, some Alder/Twin Lake lines also up. Panther Lake's high-end GPU tile is on TSMC N3E; compute tile is Intel 18A.
- Qualcomm: Snapdragon X / X2 Elite PC platforms ~+10% from Oct 1.
- AMD: preparing Ryzen/EPYC adjustments — size/timing unconfirmed. Context is TSMC advanced-node and CoWoS packaging tightness into AI + high-end client demand.
Why it matters for the US equity tape:
- Margin / ASP narrative for INTC, QCOM, AMD — and a cost headwind for notebook OEMs already dealing with DRAM/SSD inflation.
- Not a same-day gap event (Intel's Sept move is old; Qualcomm's Oct 1 is recent; AMD still rumor). Treat it as a theme refresh into ASML/TSMC earnings this week, not a Monday scalp catalyst by itself.
How I'm using it:
- Watch whether sell-side notes reframe INTC/QCOM as pricing power vs "AI demand only." Pair with SOX/SMH levels into Asia's chip selloff (separate thread).
- Ignore retail Black Friday chatter until distributor lists actually print higher.

Pricing power bid in INTC/QCOM, or just more OEM margin pressure into holiday builds? Anyone seeing this show up in channel checks yet?
