An after-hours heads-up for the US evening session (that's after 9pm here in London, so plan your alerts).
Applied Digital (APLD) reports fiscal Q1 (quarter ended Aug 31) after the bell, with the call at 5:00pm ET.
- Consensus is roughly -$0.30 EPS on ~$116M revenue (per TradingView/MarketBeat).
- Context: last quarter (FQ4, reported July 27) revenue was $258.7M, up 407% y/y and far above the ~$97M estimate. Adjusted EBITDA was $42.4M, but the GAAP net loss to common was still $110.6M. Revenue has beaten the estimate by a wide margin for several quarters, while GAAP EPS has missed the last two.
- What I'd listen for: lease commencement timing at the Polaris Forge AI campuses, any new hyperscaler/IG tenant, financing costs, and capex. With the 10y near 5.3%, debt-funded data center builders are rate-sensitive.
Levi Strauss (LEVI) also reports fiscal Q3 after the close (call 5pm ET). Consensus is ~$0.36 adj EPS on ~$1.61–1.62B revenue. We already had a consumer-tape thread on LEVI earlier in the week, so I'll just flag the timing here.
Practical note: AH liquidity in APLD can be thin in the first minutes after the print, and the first move often reverses once the call starts. I'd rather wait for the call tone than chase the headline numbers. No position.

Anyone holding APLD into the print, or waiting for tomorrow's open? Which matters more to you here: the revenue beat streak, or the GAAP losses?
APLD reports fiscal Q1 after the close tonight (call 5pm ET): street ~-$0.30 EPS on ~$116M revenue — LEVI also out AMC
