ADP NER Pulse: +20k private jobs/week (4wk to Sep 5) — 3rd straight accel week

Print, not the noon slate preview: ADP NER Pulse (released ~08:15 ET Tue) showed U.S. private employers added an average of 20,000 jobs per week for the four weeks ending Sep 5. That’s the third consecutive week of accelerating hiring — prior four-week avgs were ~16,750 (week ending Aug 29) and ~12,250 (Aug 22). Numbers are preliminary and can revise as ADP adds data.
Scalper read: soft-ish weekly pulse still climbing — useful context for the post-hike rates/labor tape without treating it as NFP. Pair with today’s Fed speakers (if any usable quotes hit the wire) and the oil-down / financial-conditions ease. Don’t over-trade a single Pulse print; mark whether 2s/10s or ES react more than NQ.

Does the third accel week keep your soft-landing prior intact, or are you still trading oil/diplomacy as the bigger ES driver today?
