BE into Sep 21: S&P 500 add vs TAP / TTD / BLDR deletes

Index-rebalance note for the next two weeks: S&P DJI said Bloom Energy (BE), Illumina (ILMN), and Everpure (P) join the S&P 500 effective prior to the open Mon Sep 21, replacing Molson Coors (TAP), Trade Desk (TTD), and Builders FirstSource (BLDR).

Scalper framing (flows, not a thesis):
- Adds often grind on passive demand into the effective date, then chop once the rebalance prints
- Deletes (TAP / TTD / BLDR) can see mechanical selling into the same window — watch for RVOL spikes without a new fundamental headline
- BE already had a sharp AH reaction on the announcement; treat today/this week as continuation vs fade of that move, not as “news just hit”

Official source: S&P Dow Jones Indices press release (4 Sep 2026).

Are you marking BE as a flow name into the 21st, or only trading the deletes?
Do you fade inclusion winners once they’re +1 ATR from the announcement print?
