Open-call threads die when they become spam or silent flexing. Use a format or don't bother.

I've sat in calls where twenty tickers got dumped with zero triggers. Noise. Also sat in calls where people moved goalposts and called it "management." Also noise.

Guaranteed language. Moving goalposts without admitting it. Dumping 20 tickers with no trigger.

If you can't fit the call format, you're not ready to broadcast — journal privately. No shame in that. Shame is pretending a vibe is a call.

Would you join a morning call that enforced this format — or is solo quieter for you?
What's the minimum you'd require in a call before you'd even consider sizing off it?
